VibraPLUS-2 Seismic Vibration Isolator

Vibration Spring Mounts with steel housing combine isolation and restraint properties. Robust design for resisting seismic movements and wind loads. Springs allow isolation of low frequency vibrations generated by the machinery.

  1. Place the mounts regarding the coordination of each mount.
  2. Place the equipment locating the load of the machinery on the top housing.
  3. Give extreme caution not to overload the springs, distribute the load evenly on all mounts.
  4. By the help of leveling screw level the equipment until reaching the operating height.
  5. Tighten traction screws on sides correctly.
  6. In case of replacing or moving the mounts, move the equipment and remove the weigth on the mounts.

• Approval : TÜV-ANSI ASHRAE 171

• The steel housing prevents the equipment from moving.  

• The rubberized base provides additional insulation for the medium and high frequencies transmitted by the springs.
