Procell® can be easily installed on any clean surface (concrete, plaster, wood, metal, plastic, etc) by using:
• the self adhesive at the back, supporting with Propim® Fixing pins
• an appropriate solvent based adhesive (Profix® recommended)
When needed, the sheets and rolls can be cut easily using a sharp blade.
• Procell® is an open-cell, impregnated polyurethane foam for acoustic insulation.
• It is impregnated with a mineral component that enhances its flame retardancy; it has an excellent performance in ignition resistance tests.
• It does not support combustion, melting and dripping. It is not affected and harboured by any bacteria.
• Foam shape and mineral structure never change.
• The products have a neat appearance, high sound absorbing properties and thermal properties.
• Produced as sheets; die-cut pieces or kits.
• Thicknesses can be from 5 mm up to the desired thickness.

• Clean and dry the surface where the Acoustic Sponge will be glued before application.
• The preferred adhesive material is applied to the surface.
